Privacy Policy

Table Intelligence ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered operations platform for restaurants, available at tableintelligence.ai and app.tableintelligence.ai (the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, restaurant and business details you provide when creating an account or completing setup.
• Operational data — data you import or generate in the Service: sales and payroll figures, schedules, inventory, guest and contact lists, reviews, and marketing content.
• Connected services — when you connect third-party accounts (e.g., Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook, Square, Toast, Dropbox), we receive the data those services authorize, and we store access tokens encrypted (AES-256) solely to operate the features you enabled.
• Usage data — standard logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) used for security and reliability.

How we use information

To operate the Service: running your AI agents, generating drafts and insights, sending communications you initiate (newsletters, SMS, briefs), and supporting you. We use AI providers (such as Anthropic) to process content you submit for generation; your data is not used to train public AI models, and we never sell personal information.

Service providers

We share data only with processors needed to run the Service — cloud hosting (Railway), email delivery (Resend), SMS delivery (Twilio), AI processing (Anthropic), and the third-party platforms you explicitly connect. Each receives only what its function requires.

Guest contacts

Restaurants using the Service are responsible for having a lawful basis to message their guests. Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link, and SMS recipients can opt out by replying STOP; we honor both automatically.

Data deletion and your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time by contacting hello@tableintelligence.ai. If you disconnect a linked service (including via Facebook or Instagram's app settings), we disable the integration and delete its stored tokens; deletion requests received from Meta's data-deletion callback are processed automatically and confirmed with a tracking code. Account deletion removes your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes.

Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. We retain operational data for as long as your account is active.

Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16.
